How much does shipping cost?
Orders from Horse Gifts Emporium are based on weight and delivery location and will be calculated on checkout. To find out your shipping price, just add your products to the cart and go through to the checkout page, where you can calculate the postage based on your delivery address. We ship world-wide.
How long until I receive my order?
All items are custom printed/produced on demand, and shipped as soon as they are ready. Most orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date.
Reasons for orders being in production longer than usual:
- The garment is out of stock and needs to be ordered in. (If the delay is just a few days, the Print Providers do not necessarily inform us.)
- The order did not pass the post-production quality check and needs to be reprinted to ensure that only the highest-quality product is shipped out.
- If there is an issue with an item in the order, the whole order will be delayed.
- Large orders of 12 items or more may take additional production time.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO COVID-19 THERE ARE CURRENT POSTAGE DELAYS WORLD-WIDE.
Customs have held my delivery, what can I do about it?
Customs can occasionally hold deliveries for inspections and other reasons. This is out of our control and we are unable to have any influence over this process.
Why have Customs have told me I have to pay to have my delivery released!?
Most countries have duties and taxes due on incoming goods and Horse Gifts Emporium is not responsible for paying these on arrival in your country. Please make sure you research any potential extra fees before purchasing products from us. Costs can vary by Country and are liable to change depending on economic conditions, so please be sure to check the relevant government website for your country.
I need my delivery urgently, is there anything I can do to get it by a certain date?
If you require something for a specific date or deadline, please contact Horse Gifts Emporium first so we can advise on delivery deadlines and any potential delays.
I typed my address incorrectly, how can I get my delivery rerouted?
It’s imperative that you provide the correct shipping address when completing your order. Unfortunately lost items or deliveries that have not arrived due to incorrect delivery details cannot be replaced free of charge and we cannot be held liable for any redelivery fees.
Can I return my order?
We accept returns for any faulty items, please get in contact and send images of the issues and we will rectify this for you with a replacement or credit. For change of mind returns, please email neigh@horsegiftsemporium.com and we will advise whether a return is authorised.
For any authorised change of mind returns, the cost of return postage is your responsibility. We cannot take responsibility for lost return items, so please use tracking for your parcel.
All authorised returns will be issues with a refund or replacement within 7 working days of the item being received. Your refund will be the cost of the item/s purchased, less the cost of return shipping or the cost of the original shipping charges, unless the item is faulty, in which case all costs will be covered by us.
